Notes:
1. Seal packing barrel as soon as possible after opening or using, avoid coating exposed to air for a long time, in order to prevent the coating cured.
2. Operate in good weather, avoid operating in rain, fog or sandstorm weather to ensure the operation quality.
3. Porcelain insulator should be cleaned before painting, strictly prevent oil stain, dirt or moisture on the surface of porcelain insulator.
4. When repainting the painted insulators, remove the dirt on the surface, peeled and warped coating first. But it is not necessary to remove the original coating which has good adhesion but without efficacy, just repaint on it, it would not affect the repaint quality.
Daily maintenance:
1. In the normal inspection work, if the mechanical external forces are found in the coating, the damage should be covered or repainted.See note 4 for mending or repainting.
2. The fog, dew coating hydrophobic weather observation, if the coating hydrophobic Angle is less than 90 °, disappear or hydrophobic Angle, 48 hours not recover for failure, namely should arrange touch-up or applied.The method is the same.
