KDW-704 is One-component condensation type of sealant，which can be long-term preservation in a metal hose or sealed container ，by absorbing moisture in the air and curing. This product is a neutral silicone sealant. It has good adhesive sealing performance for most materials, electric insulation performance ,moistureproof, anticorona. It has good resistance to high and low temperature performance，and the scope of heat-resistant is-60～+250℃；The product is non-toxic, no corrosion, no pollution, outdoor aging resistance performance, long service life; This product doesn’t contain any solvents, no oil leakage, excellent comprehensive performance. Mainly used for electronic meters waterproof, sealing and filling and sealing of electronic components.

Ps: Operation time is tested based on 100g rubber.
All data was measured by testing after 7 days curing under the condition of 25℃ and 55%RH.
Operation process:
1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of adherend or coated object, remove rust, dirt and greasy dirt, etc. (dirt and greasy dirt would affect adhesion performance)
2. Sizing: use knife to cut the head of plastic pipe, put on long nose, extrude the adhesive on clean surface, and fix the adherend.
3. Curing: put the adhesive units in the air, come into service after curing at room temperature for 24 hours.
4. Notes: Seal and store the remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove the crust on the head when using again, which would not affect normal working.
Packing:
(1)45 ml/metal hose, 200hoses / case;300 ml/plastic pipe, 25pipes / case;330 ml/plastic pipe, 25pipes / case.
(2)Also can be customized other packaging.
Storage and transportation:
1. Avoid light and heat, keep ventilation and dry (could be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods )
2. The shelf life would be 9 months at 25℃.
