Silane modified polyether adhesive KDW-595MS

Product Property

This product is silane modified polyether adhesive. One component can be stored for a long time in the sealed container, When the product is cured with moisture, only a trace of alcohol molecules are released, the release of VOC is much lower than the national standard. The product is solvent free, non-toxic and tasteless, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. The surface of the curing agent can be painted with UV resistance and excellent weather resistance. This product is a neutral sealant, which has good bonding and sealing properties for most materials. It has a strong adhesive force and a wide range of applications. It is a new generation of green adhesive sealant.

Product Application

It is suitable for bonding and sealing of high strength joints, such as automobile, train car, lift bridge box, container, wind power blades, hollow glass. Interior decoration such as bathtub, shower room, wash basin, water pipe, side cabinet, sealing adhesive sink and cabinet etc, also suitable for a special activity room, mouldproof for storage, refrigerated container, sealing adhesive ultra cold workshop.

All data was measured by testing after 7 days curing under the condition of 20~25℃ and 40~70%RH.

 

 

Product Features

  • The cured products are varnished, UV resistant and weather resistant.

Operation process

  • Clean the surface: clean the surface of adherend or coated object, remove rust, dirt and greasy dirt, etc.
  • Sizing: For plastic tube packing, use the blade to cut off the front part, cover the glue mouth, cut the month into suitable slant, and then squeeze the glue liquid into the construction site with the glue gun. When bonding, it will be glued and fixed. When pneumatic sizing, air pressure is not recommended for more than 0.4Mpa. Use dispenser equipment, please consult Market Department of Kangdawei
  • Curing: The painted parts are placed in the air, cured at room temperature and relative humidity of 40 ~ 70%, and the curing depth is 2 to 4mm. for 24 hours. With the extension of time, the curing depth is gradually deepened.
  • Notes: Seal and store the remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove the crust on the head when using again, which would not affect normal working.

 

Packing:

310 ml/pipe，25 pipes/carton；400ml/sausage，20 sausages/carton；600ml/sausage，20 sausages/carton etc.

 

Storage and transportation:

  • It needs to be protected from heat in sealed containers, protected from heat, ventilated and dry
  • Stored in a cool and dry place at 8~28 C for 9 months
  • It can be used as non dangerous goods transportation
