Operation process
1.Clean the surface：In order to obtain the best adhesion effect, the substrate surface should be cleaned and dried（Dust and oil pollution will affect the adhesion of products）.The storage of refrigerated storage should be removed before use, and must wait until it is in balance with room temperature.
2.Sizing：Can use manual or gluing equipment to control the operation of the coating，the coating thickness shall be less than 3mm per time，After curing, coat the third layer; Coated or adhesion, the adhesive is fixed，and cured according to curingregulations。
3.Curing：Put coated PTC heating USES fixture by clamps and put them in 180 ~ 200 ℃ oven heating in 1 ~ 2 hours, then they can be bonded firmly.
4.Notes：When the organic silicone rubber solidifies, do not make the glue to contact with nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and metal organic acids，otherwise, the curing will be slow or not solidified. To ensure the accuracy of the test data, the product must be tested 24 hours after curing.
